This newly renovated villa is located in Cas Grandi, a few car minutes away from Jan Thiel beach. The villa has breathtaking views from the terrace of the Table Mountain.
The villa also enjoys a wonderful breeze, making it a pleasure to relax on the covered terrace by the pool. At the pool there is a relaxation platform, an outdoor shower and several sun beds. The covered lounge area has a nice sofa and dining table with BBQ.
The open living room has a comfortable sofa with TV. The kitchen has a cooking island with breakfast bar and is fully equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and combi oven. From the living room, sliding doors with built-in mosquito netting open onto the terrace.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and rain shower and a walk-in closet. Due to its location at the rear of the villa, you can also enter the terrace directly from the master bedroom to enjoy the beautiful views.
The other 2 bedrooms are at the front of the villa and share the second bathroom with rain shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The villa is fully fenced and there is on-site parking.
