With generous views over the Spanish water, this villa guarantees a great holiday! The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms located on the ground floor, all equipped with air conditioning. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Downstairs are 3 bathrooms and upstairs is 1 bathroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms can use the upstairs bathroom, which is located near the kitchen. The master bedroom even has a luxurious jetstream bath.
Upstairs are a very generously equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.), a study with printer and air conditioning, a spacious living room with lovely lounge sofa, air conditioning, and a 75″ Smart TV.
Outside is a spacious terrace with two large dining tables and a lovely lounge area, gas BBQ and Smart TV. Here you can sit on the wind and have a great view of the boats on the Spanish water. The swimming pool (3x3m) has 6 sun beds. On top of the villa is an extra sun deck with a very wide view and a nice breeze.
The villa has mainly American sockets (110V, adapters available). There are some European sockets (220V). The villa also has its own parking.
