Villa Streya Royal is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Vista Royal, with phenomenal views over Caracas Bay and the Spanish Water. The villa is close to several well-known hotspots, but also has a quiet location and offers plenty of privacy.

Entering the villa through the front door, a long hallway leads to the spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room has a lovely large lounge sofa with a large TV with Dutch and foreign channels plus Netflix and Sonos sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender and coffee machine. There is a large kitchen island with a breakfast bar to start the day with a wonderful view.
If you were to enter the villa through the garage, you will immediately notice that there is a lift, so no hassle with suitcases or shopping.

The villa’s outdoor space offers several places to relax by the two swimming pools; take a refreshing dip in the large pool or soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers next to it. The second pool has built-in bar stools, where you can relax with a nice drink while overlooking the Spanish water, which is really beautiful at night with all the lights.
On the covered part of the terrace there is a robust long dining table for 12 people for lovely long evenings dining. There is also a high bar table for fine drinks. On the other side of the pool is a spacious palapa with a nice lounge sofa below, plus a large outdoor kitchen including a Green Egg XL barbecue. There is a ceiling fan under both the palapa and the covered part of the terrace.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms in this villa, all equipped with a luxury double box-spring bed and air conditioning. Each has its own en suite bathroom with rain shower. The bedrooms are spread over the two floors, 4 bedrooms are upstairs, the other two are downstairs. Upstairs, 2 of the 4 bedrooms are set up as master bedrooms, each has as an extra feature a TV at the foot end that goes up and down electrically.

The spacious layout and the available lift also make this villa very suitable for disabled people, people in wheelchairs and older holidaymakers.
