This Piet Boon villa is situated in Punt Vierkant, nearby several diving spots and Kitesurf spot Atlantis Beach. The sea is at walking distance, as well as restaurant Brass Boer on the Delfins Beach Resort. The centre of Kralendijk is also reachable within only 10 minutes by car.
The villa has been built with the use of mostly natural materials, decorated in light colours and it has a lush tropical garden. Acoording to the well-known style of Piet Boon, the villa has high ceilings and dark stone flooring to create the ultimate feel of luxury; the ‘barefoot-style’. Living inside and outdoors is blended together smoothly and will make a stay in this tropical environment a place for ultimate enjoyment.
Every inch of this villa breathes luxury; the kitchen is fully equipped with a.o. an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffeemachine. It offers 4 bedrooms, all suitable for 2 persons and all have airconditioning. All rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The layout of the rooms has been made to match the outdoor lifestyle with the inside of the villa.
At the swimmingpool area, there is plenty of room to enjoy the sun on the available sunbeds, but also a lovely big covered loungebed and a colourfull hammock in the garden!
