This beautiful spacious apartment is located right in the center of Ferragudo, a beautiful authentic fishing village full of activity on the Algarve in Portugal.

Ferragudo is a modest fishing village surrounded by the more famous resorts of the Algarve, such as Lagos, Portimão and Carvoeiro, but itself radiates peace, privacy and character.

The apartment offers you peace and privacy for a wonderful stay in Portugal. Meanwhile, the village itself is alive with activity, because between the quays, the village square and the church there is plenty happening! 

At only 10 minutes walk you will find the beach and several beach clubs. The village offers plenty of restaurants and stores.

If you want more entertainment, you can take the water cab from the harbor across to the marina of Portimao and the adjacent boulevard of Praia da Rocha.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment complex and has a magnificent view of the picturesque harbor of the village and overlooks the narrow cozy streets of the old town.

The wonderfully spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning and is tastefully furnished with a large dining table and large seating area with lounge sofa and TV. Sliding doors connect the living room with the large terrace. Sitting on the wonderfully spacious lounge sofa you have a direct view of the harbor and the village from the balcony. In the evening you can also enjoy dinner at the large dining table. 

In the separate very well equipped kitchen you will find all kinds of luxury appliances, such as fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, blender and Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, a sitting area and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and separate bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. These bedrooms share the second bathroom with shower and toilet.

All three bedrooms have sliding doors to the private patio at the rear of the apartment with sunbed and seating.

There is free WIFI available and for parking there is space in front of the complex. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, which is optional to use for a fee.

The apartment complex has an elevator.
