Villa MariBeau – San Pedro del Pinatar – Costa Calida – Spain

This attractive and luxuriously furnished villa is located in the quiet town of San Pedro del Pinatar, known for its beautiful location on a lagoon accompanied by a natural park with salt lakes and therapeutic mud baths. There is plenty of life in this place and several beautiful beaches to relax on. In addition, larger cities such as Murcia and Cartagena are a short drive away for sightseeing. There are also several golf courses in the area, plus the beach is only 850 metres from the villa!

The villa sleeps 6 people and has a comfortable living room with TV and open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a raised dining table with bar stools.
At the front of the villa is a patio with seating and round dining table and there is a lovely plunge pool to take a refreshing dip plus an outdoor shower. In the early and late season, there is the possibility of heating the pool. The upstairs roof terrace is very generously sized and has a large dining table, a small kitchenette with running water, plus space to sunbathe on sunbeds with beautiful views of the interior. In addition, the two terraces are equipped with blinds to create a nice spot in or out of the sun.

There are three bedrooms in the villa which are all on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 loose (bunk) beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets and electric shutters. The maximum number of people allowed in this villa is 6. There are two bathrooms in the villa, each with shower and toilet.

There is heating in the villa for the colder months and you can use free WIFI.
You can use the washing machine in a separate laundry room and there is public parking in front of the villa.
Arrival and departure in this villa on Wednesday is NOT possible
