Villa Riva Jan Thiel

This beautiful just completed (Mar 2023) modern furnished villa is located in the quiet villa neighborhood of Vista Royal just a few minutes drive from Jan Thiel beach.
Both inside and outside the villa is wonderfully spacious and spread over 2 floors. A big plus with this villa is that there are two pools, one on each floor and the villa has an insanely beautiful sea view!

On the top floor is the living room with large open kitchen. The living area has a nice lounge area with sofa and TV (equipped with IP TV). The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the luxuries, including a large cooking island with breakfast bar, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combination oven and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. A second refrigerator can be found in the pantry. The entire living area and kitchen is connected to the spacious terrace through sliding doors. Several places have been created for relaxing outside, such as on the various lounge sofas or sunbeds. There is also a large dining table and Green Egg barbecue for evening dining while enjoying a beautiful sunset. Also here is the first infinity pool, where it flows into the second pool on the first floor via a waterfall wall. Also on this floor is the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, beautiful views and an ensuite bathroom.

On the first floor are the other 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have double beds, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. Through sliding doors, the bedrooms all open onto the pool deck and pool, great for an immediate refreshing dip.
At the pool below are also several seats and sun beds so you can enjoy the sun.

There is parking on the property. Wifi is at your disposal free of charge.

Construction work is currently taking place on the adjacent lot (untill June 2024). You may be inconvenienced by this.

• In the vicinity of the villa there may be construction work (untill June 2024). There is a possibility that you may be inconvenienced by this.

• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
